You can create all your html files on your local pc and upload them to your virtual server via ftp.

The e-mail aliasing is controlled by editing a file and running a command. This file can be downloaded to your local machine, edited, and uploaded back to your Virtual Server.

To manage your ftp site, you will need to know some basic commands such as "cd" (change directory), "mkdir" (make directory), "chown" (change owner), etc. Each of which is carefully explained in the manual.
