How is the creation of the Home page handled in the Virtual Server environment? Do I create using software I need to purchase, do I telnet to the virtual server and do it there, or what?

You can certainly telnet to your Virtual Server and create HTML pages remotely using any of the text editors available on the Unix box (we recommend PICO for ease of use).

Or you can create the pages on your local machine using an HTML editor or by hand. Then upload your pages to the Virtual Server using FTP.

Please remember to upload HTML pages and CGI source code in ASCII mode and upload images and compiled CGI programs in BINARY mode.
