Early on we had to decide what types of discounts to give, if any. We weighed the pros and cons of longer lease period discounts vs. multiple server or reseller discounts. We decided on "long lease" a.k.a. quarterly discounts as that would provide a better deal for the majority of our clients.

We have since discovered that our quarterly discounts are most of the time a better deal than comparable providers "reseller" discounts. We have also found that our normal undiscounted rate is even better than some companies "reseller" rate for comparable services.
