How do I create an e-mail name that is longer than 8 characters?
Also: I tried to add a user called "webmaster" and I
found that the maximum name is 8 characters. How do I get an e-mail
account name like "webmaster" that is longer than eight
characters?
Create an 8 character e-mail account and set up an e-mail alias that points the desired longer name to the e-mail account. The Virtual Server Administrator's Handbook has a great description of how to set up e-mail aliases.
