How can I edit the Aliases on my Virtual Server remotely?
Also: I'm having trouble setting up email aliases. If I do not
want to edit the aliases file on my Virtual Server, is there a way I can
edit it on my machine and upload the changes?
You can download the "etc/aliases" file from your Virtual Server via FTP in ASCII mode to your machine and edit it remotely. You will then need to save it as a text file and FTP it back to your Virtual Server in ASCII mode, not binary. Once you FTP the file back up, telnet into your Virtual Server and type "vnewaliases" at the command prompt to update the "etc/aliases.db" file.
