Yes. You can install any cgi scripts you can get your hands on. You are given your own cgi-bin, that only you have access to. We provide access to the standard UNIX shell languages (awk, sed, etc), Perl 4 and Perl 5 libraries, as well as the Gnu C/C++ compiler.
